Grip holder (for Biesse)

Holders made of steel improved by heating. They can be used to assemble drills to head of multi-spindle driller. We also deliver holders for individual requests, made according to pattern or a sketch.
Drilling is cutting material by a toll called a drill. This process creates holes of usually circle shape. Thanks to the use of special drills it is possible to create multi-angle hole (e.g. triangle or square).
Rotation speed and feed rate depend on drill’s diameter and type of material that we work on.
Cutting holes with large drill in full material is more difficult because of resistance of chisel being cut out. That is why preliminary drill should be done with a drilling head of smaller diameter. In order to get precise holes we should use base drilling and then boring or deepening.
In multi-spindle drillers drills are attached to sockets. That way we can cut many holes at the same time in stock finished items. Headstock in these drillers is equipped with many spindles that can be set in any distance from the axis of the main spindle of the driller.
